A TragedyA tragedy has befallen you.
Things will never be the same.
Lo, our hearts go out to you,
We can almost feel your pain.
You are resting in denial.
Your grief is not yet here.
The senselessness of this travesty
Is to have lost someone so dear.
So when despair surrounds you,
And the pit just seems too deep,
Please remember that now Jesus
Has your brother’s soul to keep.
I think there's comfort knowing
That our Father up above
Is now holding your sweet brother
In His arms so filled with love.
