The good Old Days
this brings back a lot of memories -we used to pack all our friends in someones trunk and go to the drive-in so only the driver had to pay.The pumpkin patches weren't safe from us hooligans either-luckily for us not many people had guns back then or half of us wouldn't be here today-i remember after one halloween evening we spotted a vw bug on top of a grocery store roof-that was some talent -my brother ran a road kill skunk up the school's flagpole the smell gave him away tho and my dad throttled his wee butt-i was from a small town and some nights just cuz we were bored we would climb up a pole and ring the school bell at midnight-someone always called the police and they showed up everytime, even though the nearest police station was 10 miles away-we always thought of them as tresspassers because in those days we felt the small town belonged to us -those were the days of innocence (laughing)
